TI-Nspire CX -- How to change the format of answer?

Does anyone know how to change the format of the answers given in the scratchpad? For case, when converting degrees to radians, ##177^{\circ}(\frac{\pi}{180})##, I want the calculator to give me ##\frac{59\pi}{60}## instead of 3.08923. Whatsoever help would be appreciated! This has been really annoying me...

Information technology depends on how your calculator works. What happens when you input [itex]\pi[/itex]?

I go 3.14159. And, of course, I can change the decimal places given with settings.
I don't have this estimator, only a quick search revealed some answers:

If your is not CAS you can do it as information technology says hither:

If information technology is CAS you tin do it as it says here by choosing Verbal Mode.

Here is a preview of deviation between CAS and not CAS: https://teaching.ti.com/en/us/prod...held/tabs/overview#lightbox=nspire-cas-noncas

Thanks @Psinter I tried that already. Even so, instead of ##\frac {59\pi}{60}##, I become ##\frac {5949124}{1925761}##.

Yeah, I didn't get CAS because CAS is "estimator algebra systems" and it's not allowed in major tests similar the Saturday whereas the CX is...

However, instead of 59π60\frac {59\pi}{60}, I get 59491241925761\frac {5949124}{1925761}.
To add to that, ##\frac {5949124}{1925761}## is just ugly and I beginning thought information technology had to do with radians (non certain why), just no.

If you check the gif sequence of screenshots you run into that for [itex]cos^{-one}(-\frac{1}{two})[/itex] it gives the result in exact form [itex]\frac{2\pi}{3}[/itex] and in approximate grade 2.09....

It is in some other language though.

If you lot check the gif sequence of screenshots you run into that for [itex]cos^{-1}(-\frac{1}{two})[/itex] information technology gives the result in exact form [itex]\frac{ii\pi}{three}[/itex] and in guess course two.09....

Information technology is in some other language though.

You lot know, forums like that simply make me appreciate PF so much more

Thanks for the link, Psinter, although it does not really show how to change the settings. I think I but have to do resort to doing those conversions with paper and pen. Information technology's shame, though. For the price its worth, you'd think that the thing would clean for you.

I don't take this figurer, just a quick search revealed some answers
:DD

(lamentable, I but love that back-up)

You know, forums like that just make me capeesh PF so much more than

Cheers for the link, Psinter, although it does not actually show how to alter the settings. I remember I merely have to exercise resort to doing those conversions with newspaper and pen. Information technology'south shame, though. For the cost its worth, you lot'd think that the thing would clean for you.

I think that'due south because it's a library that you load there, non something that becomes part of the operating system. Simply once again, I don't have that calc. I think the gif shows how to go far work.
:DD

(lamentable, I just love that redundancy)

Meh, that happens.
I think that's because information technology'southward a library that yous load there, not something that becomes part of the operating organization. But once again, I don't accept that calc. I think the gif shows how to make it work.
Ok, I'll wait into it more than. The Spanish made me dizzy...
